The event itself took place at Summergrove Estate in the NSW hinterlands; Tayla had seen the venue online, and “become instantly obsessed with the white chapel”. “Having grown up along the beach, I wanted to try and fit both our love for the country and the ocean into the scenery,” she says. Summergrove, with its panoramic views of the rolling hills and water, was the match she’d been looking for. Tayla and Nathan strung up the estate’s old barn with fairy lights and commissioned Florals and Co. to arrange pillars of roses and Baby’s Breath at the entrance.
